"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."

One Year Ago Today...

We were Sealed for Time & All Eternity! WHAT A YEAR IT HAS BEEN! It seems like only yesterday we got married. For our anniversary we slept in, went to yogurtland for a scooby snack, went movie hopping (yes, we are childish), and ate a nice romantic dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. We forgot about the top of our cake AFTER dinner, so we're going to do that tomorrow night. (I'll put pictures up later!)

Marrying Andrew was the best decision I have ever made. He's so funny, loving, supporting and everything I wanted in a Husband! Thank you for a WONDERFUL 365 days Andrew! I LOVE YOU!

Miramar Air Show!

So yesterday Andrew & I took the 2 hour drive to Miramar AFB to go to the Air Show...IT WAS FANTASIC!! (Even though it took us 4.5 hours of traffic to just get there & park) Both Andrew & I have so much respect, love & gratitude for our Military. I have a lot of family in the Military and have gone to Air Shows since 7th grade. Andrew has been going since he was a kid with his Dad. The weather was PERFECT, the event was PERFECT and we had a BLAST! We brought the 3 essential S's...Seats, Snacks & Soda Pop! LOL. We didn't get a picture of EVEYTHING we saw because we were too busy WATCHING!! So heres a little of what we took...
Andrew & I at Miramar...THANK YOU TROOPS!
The Patriots...Look how close they got!

...The Patriots...
We had such a great day & didn't get home until midnight! A huge THANK YOU to our US Military for defending our Country & THANK YOU to those who have lost their lives in our fight for Freedom, you are always in our prayers of thanks & in our hearts forever.

Disneyland at Halloween Time!

So as MANY of you know we have Disneyland Annual Passes & go quite frequently. We just LOVE Disneyland & all of its festivites!! On Thursday Oct.2nd we went to check out their Halloween time decor & go on a few rides. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! We LOVED all the decorations and the fireworks show was GREAT! We even talked some friends into going THIS week so we have an excuse to go AGAIN!
I LOVED the lamp posts! I want to do this to OURS!!!
Here we are with the GIANT Mickey pumpkin at the beginning of Main Street.
Here he is all alone! He was HUGE & oh so cute!
We heard from people we were standing by about the "seasonal" Space Mountian & how they turned it into "Ghost Gallaxy." All I can say is HOLY COW!!! It was a great change & I got scared a couple of times! Of course Andrew was laughing at me...
Here we are in our car almost to the entrance of the ride!
This is how close we were to the castle! There was about 3 rows in front of us...GREAT LOCATION!! Thanks for waiting it out with me Andrew!
Here we are waiting oh so patiently for it to start.
THE FIREWORKS WERE FANTASTIC!!!
After the fireworks we RAN to the Haunted Mansion. It was decorated in the theme of "The Nightmare Before Christmas"...It was SO much fun & not scary at all!
Here is the start of it...cute, huh?
And we finished our night with a picture of us, some RANDOM child & the Mickey pumpkin.
This really has put me in the "Halloween Spirit!" I can't wait for the upcoming seasons, it's my favorite time of year!!

THE CRUISE...

So I know its been a week since I said I'd be posting pictures of our trip, however IT HAS BEEN ONE BUSY WEEK! Anyways...We had an absoult blast on our anniversary cruise. Since we've been to every stop before, we didn't do any excursions. We went off the boat, explored on our own a little, had lunch then went back on the ship to swim! Did I mention I came back BRONZED?! We spent SO much time at the pool that I got tan in SEPTEMBER, thats almost unheard of! LOL. Enjoy the pics!

Here is our Boat. I took this while we tendered into Cabo.
The Mariner of the Seas...OUR SHIP! (made in Finland btw!)

Where we spent 99.5% of our time...THE POOL!
They had "Party Parades", They were alright...This guys CRACKED us up!

Andrew doing what he did best the ENTIRE cruise...Getting me a Sprite & slice of pizza with a peanut butter cookie too! Thanks hunny for being so kind!
OK...now for the good stuff... Andrew entered into the belly flop contest...HE DID GREAT!
HE WON!!! He got 5's all around & got a metal & hat! I couldn't be more proud!
Here we are tendering into Cabo. In Cabo we spent about an hour in the beach, went shopping then went back to the Ship to swim. (The ship had all salt water pools)
The beach in Cabo...This is and will ALWAYS be one of my favorite stops!
Back on the boat...IN THE POOL!
Here we are in Mazatlan...
Mazatlan at Sunset. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!
Here we are at our dinner table. WE DIDN'T SIT ALONE THIS TIME!! We had 2 other young couples sitting with us. We got to know them pretty well & had a blast hanging out with them. One couple was dating, and the other couple just got married in the Mesa, AZ Temple! It was great to be with another LDS couple.
Here is our table...1st couple is Clay & Tiffany (LDS couple), 2nd couple is Josh & Julie, 3rd couple is US!!
We had SUCH a good time! I can't wait to go on another cruise!! I am already going through withdrawls...LOL!
