MARRIED CHRISTMAS!

CHRISTMAS DAY

So Christmas Day was FABULOUS! We woke up like little kids @ 6:30am! We layed in bed & talked about how weird it is that this is our 1st Christmas together, that we're actually married (we STILL can't believe it! LOL) and how much we love each other. It was great just spending alone time together. Then we opened eachothers' gift's at about 7:30am. My parent's were having Christmas morning at 8am, so we joined them, Memory & Honor shortly after our own little Christmas morning. Here are some pics...enjoy!

After this we went to Babette's for Crepes & presents with Andrews family. We brought our camera, but didn't take any pics....SORRY! But we had a great time & loved spending time with loved ones.

THEN....we went to the movies to see "Bedtime Stories." It was great. A little slow to get started, but it was really cute. =) And that concluded our Chrsitmas Day. It was a great 1st Christmas for us.

CHRISTMAS EVE

This Christmas Eve we spent it with my family. My sister & her family came from RSM to spend it with us. It was great having them over. We had a great meal that was prepared by my mom....GREAT JOB MAMA! Then we had presents, the kids' favorite part. We got some really cute stuff. I was a total stress case until this point because of everything we had to wrap, go buy and clean. Anyways, here are some pictures from Christmas Eve with the Bartletts!

COLORADO TRIP!

So the day after Thanksgiving after shopping til we dropped, we took a 2.5 hour flight to visit some of my family in Colorado. Originally we were going there for the birth/blessing of my niece's baby but she never popped it out. LOL! When we first got there it snowed & it snowed for 2 days....can you say COLD?! But we also went to my Nephew's son's 1st birthday party. It was a really fun trip & we can't wait to go back!

So on Thursday night Andrew & I went to the KOST Disneyland Party...we had so much fun. We only went on a few rides, but more or less we had a blast.

PROP 8

When Andrew, My Parents & I all hung door hangers on peoples doors regarding Prop 8, I never in a MILLION years would've thought we were making an inch of impact. However, with everything that is going on I'm sencond guessing myself. I'm proud we went. I'm proud of what we believe is true, but most of all I'm proud of what I voted for. I voted for my future children...for my nieces & nephews, and for my little cousins. Even though we as a Religion feel as though we are being pursecuted & tested I think the ones who voted no are as well. Heavenly Father is watching them too & everything they do...infront of & to our Temples. I'm just glad I'm not one of them that has to answer to him about those actions. OUR FIRST HALLOWEEN!

On October 11, 2008 we were Sealed for Time & All Eternity in the Newport Beach California Temple. In the Sealing room were my parents Nick & Maggie, Andrews parents Babette & Larry. Also in the room were Kimberly Moore, Andy Moore, Adam McGary, Andrea McGary, Cheri Hauck, Carolyn Harrison, Nick Bartlett Jr., Shellie Collins, Chelsea Walker, Carole Call, John Blair, Colleen Blair, Julie Wright, Clairese McGary, and President & Sister Clayton. It was a lovely Sealing & We enjoyed every minute of it. Here are some pictures from it.
